Factory code of conduct
We are committed to only working with the best suppliers for our products. To this extent we have put in place a Factory Code of Conduct with all of our Vendors. Each Vendor must provide Global Surf Industries (GSI) with an assurance that they meet the minimum levels of this code of conduct, but the norm is that they exceed the minimum levels required..
This is a copy of our code of conduct:
Employers must provide GSI with open and forthright communication about their business practices. This includes maintaining and accurate and complete payroll and employee records and full disclosure of locations producing GSI goods.
Employees will be considered for positions on the basis of their qualifications and abilities. Employers will not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, social group, or ethnic origin.
